The minimum age of participants is 15 years, except for the Family Club course, where the minimum age is 4 years. Younger students may attend the school in organized groups led by a leader.
Registration is completed with the registration form sent by e-mail addressed to info@scuola-toscana.com, along with a deposit of 100 euros. Upon receipt of the deposit, the school sends confirmation of the course. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the course.

Upon arrival at the School, please present proof of payment - or your agency voucher.
Depending on available places, we also accept last minute enrollments: call us, in some cases it is even possible to start within 24 hours.
Except for the student who ask for a studium visa, a withdrawal from the course programme can be effected by sending a registered letter, telegram of fax (no email) to the agency or to the School secretariat. In assessing the sum for the withdrawal fee, the date when the notification of withdrawal is received by the agency or the school is decisive. If the withdrawal notification is received at least 15 days before the course is due of begin, the School refunds all the course fees which have been received, less the deposit, which can be credited for a later registration. If the withdrawal notification is received up to 7 days before the course is due to begin, 60% of the total price is to be paid. After that, the course has to be paid in full. No remboursement is due after the course has begun. In cases of particular hardship, the School reserves the right to dispense, either totally or partly, with the regulations given above.
As for private, one-to-one courses, both in-person and online, students can cancel the lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson is scheduled. After that time, the price of the lesson will be charged.
The duration of each group lesson is 45 minutes, the duration of individual lessons is 60 minutes. Classes are not held on national holidays and weekends.
Participants are not insured, either by the School or by accommodation providers, against illness, accidents, theft or loss of personal property. Therefore, the student is advised to get a personal insurance policy (travel insurance).
On request, the school can assist the student in finding an accommodation in Florence; however, the School is not responsible in any way for the relationship between landlord and tenant. This relationship is governed by current national laws.
Upon confirmation of enrollment, the participant accepts the "General Conditions." The Court of Florence will be competent for any possible dispute.
